Muslims are constantly stamped by the western media to be the aggressors. However, the following statistics tells the real story:
Israeli aggression against Palestinines:
1948: Deir Yassin massacre. Irgon and Stern terrorists(Jewish irregular forces) kill 250 civilians (mainly women, children and old) in this village in Jerusalem district
1955: Israeli army attack and massacre in Gaza 1956: Israeli massacres in Qalqilya, kafr Qaasim and Khan Yunis
1966: Israeli massacre in As-Sammu' village
1982: Israeli invasion of Lebanon; Sabra and Shatila massacre (Sharon and co.); http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/2255902.stm On 16 September 1982, under the watchful eye of their Israeli allies who had encircled the area, Lebanese Christian militiamen entered Beirut's Sabra and Shatila refugee camps bent on revenge for the assassination of their leader Bashir Gemayel. There followed a three-day orgy of rape and slaughter that left hundreds, possibly thousands, of innocent civilians dead in what is considered the bloodiest single incident of the Arab-Israeli conflict
1990: Massacres at Iyun Qarah (Rishon LeZion) and Al-Aqsa Mosque
1994: Hebron massacre; 1995: Oslo agreement was reached before Yatzik Rabin was killed by an Israeli.
Gujrat, India - By Indian Government (3000 massacared, 17000 injured)
Bosnia - By Serbian Government (260,0000 massacred)
Chechniya - By Russian Government (about 100,000 masscared and 600,000 displaced only during 1994-1996)
Kashmir - By Indian Government (50,000+ killed) Palestine
Here are some recent statistics: http://www.ifamericansknew.org/
Afghanistan - By USA Government (in 1000s)
Iraq - 2 Million people killed during the 1st gulf war 1/2 million were just children as the result of war and sanctions. 650,000 people killed since the recent invasion of Iraq
Based on these recent statistics, can anyone in the right frame of mind could call Muslims aggressors rather than victims?
